We are OLS Architects, an architectural practice based in Wexford, in the South East of Ireland. As our bios below show, we are passionate about energy efficient design that is practical and progressive. We bring that thought into the way we run our business too, making it easier and cost effective for you to engage our services. After 6 years studying Architecture in UCD and a year traveling, I returned to Wexford to work for a successful local practice, where I became Director in 2001.
As a member of the RIAI, and after a small travel period I joined a Wicklow based environmental design practice, in 2007. It was there I gained a valuable insight into Passive House (PassivHaus) and environmental/sustainable design. I worked there until setting up OLS Architects with Tracey in 2009. Most recently I was awarded the title of Certified European Passive House Designer by the PassivHaus Institute in Germany and am one of a handful of Irish registered design architects to hold this qualification.

Tracey Sludds RIAI Dip.Arch.Tech.,PSDP,BER,CEPHD
Remaining in Dublin after qualifying from DIT Bolton Street in 1998, I worked for two of Irelands leading practices, and lectured part-time in the Dublin Institute of Design for a few years.
When I returned to Wexford in 2004, I worked for a successful local practice and became a member of the RIAI in 2005. I moved to a Wicklow based practice in 2007, where I obtained a Diploma in the Passive House Planning Package, completed a Designing for Safety course and also qualified as a registered Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP). In 2009 I qualified as a BER assessor as well as establishing OLS Architects with Cathal. Most recently I was awarded the title of Certified European Passive House Designer by the PassivHaus Institute in Germany.
